Location: Guernsey
Salary: Band 3: £31,966 - £32,720 and Band 4: £36,899 - £37,967 + fantastic shift enhancements

We are seeking an Adult Disability Support Worker to join the: Adult Disability Service in Guernsey. Supporting people with learning disabilities and autism in a variety of settings. Including residential homes, supported living, outreach and day services.
Responsibilities:
- Your day will involve around helping people live an ordinary life in their community
- Supporting personal care, promoting independent living skills and providing emotional support using an active support model
- You will be expected to work closely not only with our service users but their family and friends, other professionals with whom they may come into contact with
Requirements:
- Relevant health or social care qualification - preferred but not essential
- Experience in disability support or care work
- Understanding of safeguarding, health & safety and person-centred care
