Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and execute all banquet menus and plated/c buffet events.
Coordinate with the sales/catering team on event details and special requests.
Supervise banquet kitchen staff and ensure timely, high-quality service.
Manage portion control, presentation, and food safety for large groups.
Maintain inventory and control costs for banquet operations.
Collaborate with the main kitchen for seamless integration of operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy or Hospitality, Tourism Management.
4+ years of banquet or catering chef experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
Expertise in high-volume event cooking and menu planning.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with varying event sizes.
ServSafe and relevant certifications preferred.
Flexible availability, especially for evenings and weekends.
