Healthcare Assistant (Band 3)

Location: Guernsey

Salary: £29,348 - £34,356 per year

Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for the Residents under the guidance and supervision of the Operations & Home Manager and trained nursing staff
• Undertake other activities to assist in the running of the Home as require

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in a healthcare or care setting (preferred but not essential)
• Basic understanding of clinical procedures and patient care
