As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be a cornerstone in delivering high-quality care and enriching the lives of residents.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities
- Supporting nurses and healthcare professionals in providing safe and effective care
- Encouraging independence, dignity, and emotional well-being for all residents
- Monitoring health conditions and reporting key observations to senior staff
- Helping create a warm, comfortable, and clean-living environment
What You Need:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
- A compassionate approach and desire to make a difference
