Board-eligible or board-certified in Oncology/Hematology
Experienced physicians preferred, but mentoring available for new grads
Hybrid work model (telemedicine/onsite) available
Work with EPIC/Beacon EMR for a fully integrated care experience
Collaborate with a seasoned oncologist and broad support staff including: Nurse navigators, oncology social worker, oncology-certified dietitian, and advanced practice pharmacists
Low call volume, flexible schedule, and strong work-life balance
Weekly tumor board and collaboration with surgical subspecialties (thoracic, breast, neurosurgery)
Opportunities for clinical trials and research collaboration with sites across Northern California and Portland, OR
Strong referral relationships with Stanford, UCSF, and UC Davis
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed salary between $477,125 and $523,125 per year (includes potential bonuses, call stipends, and incentives based on performance/quality metrics)

Requirements
Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology, Medical Oncology, or Hematology/Oncology (ABIM)
Active and Clear California Medical License
DEA license
Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
Ability to manage both malignant and benign hematologic disorders and a wide range of oncologic conditions
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
