Position Highlights: 

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Oncology/Hematology
  • Experienced physicians preferred, but mentoring available for new grads
  • Hybrid work model (telemedicine/onsite) available
  • Work with EPIC/Beacon EMR for a fully integrated care experience
  • Collaborate with a seasoned oncologist and broad support staff including: Nurse navigators, oncology social worker, oncology-certified dietitian, and advanced practice pharmacists
  • Low call volume, flexible schedule, and strong work-life balance
  • Weekly tumor board and collaboration with surgical subspecialties (thoracic, breast, neurosurgery)
  • Opportunities for clinical trials and research collaboration with sites across Northern California and Portland, OR
  • Strong referral relationships with Stanford, UCSF, and UC Davis

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed salary between $477,125 and $523,125 per year
    (includes potential bonuses, call stipends, and incentives based on performance/quality metrics)
  • Shareholder track opportunity in year 3 with significant long-term financial upside (>$1M value over career)

Requirements

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) 
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology, Medical Oncology, or Hematology/Oncology (ABIM)
  • Active and Clear California Medical License 
  • DEA license
  • Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both malignant and benign hematologic disorders and a wide range of oncologic conditions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
