About FutureHouse

FutureHouse is a non-profit AI research lab building an AI Scientist to automate research in biology and other complex sciences. We are seeking exceptional operations generalists to expand our team. People in this role are responsible for making the organization go, and ensuring that the technical team has everything they need to do the absolute best science possible.

This is a general bucket for applications. Salary, job details, etc., will depend on the specific role.

This position is full-time in-person in San Francisco.

Roles and responsibilities:

This role covers any aspects of running the organization that are not technical. We are a small team, so if you are in this role, you can expect that your day-to-day activities will vary significantly, and will cover areas such as:

• Recruitment
• Communications and PR
• Branding and Marketing
• Partnerships
• Event planning
• HR
• Facilities
• Purchasing

People who will succeed in this role will be flexible, adaptable, excellent at communication, and rapidly able to learn new things.
