Job Description & Summary

Our Governance, Risk and Compliance team (GRC) is expanding and we’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our vast community of solvers. The GRC focuses on assisting our clients in gaining confidence in how they effectively manage organisational risks, including risks in program design, implementation, and delivery. Our work involves designing, implementing, and delivering digitally-enabled assurance, compliance, regulatory, and risk management frameworks across organisations or within specific policy programs.

You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • Governance, risk, compliance advice over policy, programs, business processes or suppliers, and entity-level governance

  • Risk and process improvement

  • Navigating an evolving risk and regulatory landscape by developing and executing test plans

In our GRC team, your impact will be seen by:

  • Supporting clients with their strategic and enterprise wide risk assessments, including development and challenge of Board risk appetite statements and executive key risk indicator

  • Hands on involvement in the facilitation of workshops and risk deep dives, with the support and coaching of senior risk experts

  • Developing risk management strategies for our clients to drive compliance and strengthen their existing processes and controls

  • Leading the engagement management and manage the end to end execution of our key internal audit engagements
