We are looking for a Sports Administrator to come on board and join the team on a full-time basis (option for 4 days per week). Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be driving the business forward in an administrative role that will be crucial to the organisation's goals. This role is office-based in the Sydney CBD.

Must be based in Sydney currently. Must have full working rights in Australia. Potential to sponsor the right candidate. 

Qualifications & experience

  • Sports coaching/playing experience
  • Paid Working with Children check (WWCC)
  • Sports Administration background (preferred)
  • Proficient in IT (word, excel, CRM)
 
Tasks and responsibilities (reporting to the Director)
  • Recruitment and onboarding of coaches across a variety of sports.
  • Administration duties include managing CRM, documents, email, and phone contact with staff and clients.
  • Fulfilling roles based in schools (various), OSHC centres, clubs and vacation care centres
  • Working closely with the National Business Manager.
