About the job

The UKIE Treasury Account & Operations Manager is responsible for daily liquidity oversight and cash management across the UK and Ireland MCO. The role includes managing key banking relationships, treasury systems administration, and supervision of critical financial processes. The position also ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while supporting general ledger management.

Main responsibilities:

Cash/Liquidity Management

  • Daily cash flow monitoring: Oversees UK/IE physical cash operations and daily cash position reporting to Sanofi HQ
  • Intercompany C/A management: Manages UK AIS current account with DFT Paris and supervises hub centre reconciliations in ERP
  • Liquidity Reporting: Handles monthly liquidity analysis and performance tracking
  • Payment Operations: Oversees payment factory runs, payroll payments, manual payments, and customer collections, including the management of the dual payment approvals in Shift (bank connectivity tool) and HSBC.Net

Banking Relationship

  • Main point of contact for banking partners
  • Bank Account Management: Manages and maintains bank account cartography, banking mandates, payment authorisers, S/O and DD’s etc.  
  • Annual Bank Survey: Responsible for internal annual bank survey

Treasury Systems/App Maintenance

  • User access Management: Administers user accesses, oversees iShift system operations, and resolves interface issues in UKIE Treasury systems

Controls and Compliance

  • Process Management: Maintains and updates treasury documentation (SOPs, procedures, flowcharts) for UK/Ireland
  • Accounting Standards: Ensures UK/IFRS compliance in operations, collaborating with Finance and Shared Service teams
  • Quality Control: Drives process improvements while ensuring compliance with SOA 404/GPS standards

About you

  • Experience with treasury systems and banking operations
  • Strong financial acumen and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage daily cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury system interfaces
  • Understanding of compliance requirements including SOA 404/GPS and UK/IFRS standards
  • Experience with CEP SAP, iShift, and HSBC.Net is beneficial     
  • Fluent in English
