We're seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our esteemed team at Corio Veterinary Clinic. Established for over 30 years, our clinic boasts a dedicated team of 3 vets and 6 nurses committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients and their owners. Whether you're an experienced vet or new to the field, we welcome your application.

🏥 Facilities: Equipped with two consulting rooms, a spacious prep area, and a surgical suite, our clinic provides essential diagnostics such as a DR system radiology unit, iM3 dental suite, in-house Idexx Pro-Cyte, Catalyst & Snap Machines, ultrasound, and more. We maintain a radiation licence and provide in-clinic VIN subscriptions.

🐾 Diverse Caseload: Every day brings a new challenge. From routine check-ups to emergency cases like snake bites and trauma, our diverse caseload ensures excitement and variety. With 90% of cases kept in-house, you'll have the opportunity for continuity of care, with a standard consult duration of 20 minutes.

We foster a family-like atmosphere, organising weekly staff lunches and providing snacks to keep energy levels high.Our nursing team aren’t just glorified cleaners & receptionists, they’re all qualified and highly skilled, love supporting the vet team and always offer an extra set of hands. Our practice manager and all of the vet team have been with us for over 10+ years.

✅Competitive Remuneration: Salary starts at $75,000 + super depending on experience

What we are looking for: 

• BVSc or equivalent, and registration to practice in Australia, with at least minimum of 1 year of experience as a GP veterinarian. 

• Willingness to learn, grow and collaborate within a team-oriented environment. 

• Keen interest in developing personal skills and the skills of our team. 

• Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as an integral part of our team as a full-time Veterinarian.  

• Passion to drive exceptional standards of care throughout the team. 

• Good sense of humor and willingness to contribute to a fun working environment. 

Located in Geelong, just a short distance from the CBD, 60 minutes from Melbourne and a 30-minute drive to the Surf coast.
