Veterinary Director - Upper Coomera

Located on the stunning Gold Coast, our clinic is fully equipped with the latest technology, including digital x-rays, ultrasound, IM3 dental, an in-house laboratory, and a state-of-the-art portable HD endoscopy/rhinoscopy/bronchoscopy unit.

If you’re an overseas-qualified vet with a recognised (registrable) degree, we also offer sponsorship and relocation support to help you settle in.

As part of the role, you’ll be offered enrolment in the Lincoln Institute’s Leading Edge for Veterinarians program — a 12-month, self-paced online course (valued at $9,000), fully funded and CPD-accredited (24 points). The program covers essential non-clinical skills including communication, time management, leadership, resilience, consulting success and more.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating your veterinary and nursing team
• Delivering exceptional care to our patients and building lasting relationships with their owners
• Confidently managing consults, routine surgeries, and all aspects of patient care
• Using evidence-based diagnostics and treatments to ensure the best outcomes for your patients
• Taking charge of the clinic when needed and ensuring everything runs smoothly

About You

• You’re a skilled veterinarian with a love for leadership and a passion for inspiring your team
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love a challenge, and are committed to gold-standard care
• You have a BVSC or DVM degree recognised by the AVBC and are eligible for veterinary registration in Australia
• You’re organised, have exceptional communication skills, and love working with people as much as you do with animals
• You’re confident working solo when needed but also love collaborating with your team
