We are looking for enthusiastic & dynamic Night Auditor/Assistant Night Manager to join our fun team at Manly Pacific. This is a Part-Time Role.

Job Description

Are you a night owl? Bring your experience and passion as an Night Auditor and join our friendly and fun Front Office Team.

As part of our night team, you work night shifts that start at 11pm and finish at 7am. We are actively searching for an experienced Front Office professional to become an integral part of our brand-new property.

As the Night Auditor, you are naturally a confident person who is able to approach people and initiate conversation. Your skills of reading the guest and attention to detail are what sets you apart from the rest.

You have an outcome driven approach to performance & results and you strive to achieve excellence in your field.

Responsibility

• Welcome and check-in late arrivals, ensuring all registration details are correctly recorded and preferences are noted.
• Provide assistance to guests with late-night or early-morning requests, including wake-up calls, directions, room service liaison, or local recommendations.
• Reconcile the day’s transactions across all revenue center (rooms, food & beverage, minibar, etc.).
• Ensure all departments have posted correct charges and payments to guest folios.
• Run the night audit process through our property management system (e.g., Opera / RMS), resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Complete and distribute daily revenue, occupancy, and incident reports to management.
• Roll over the system for the new business day (EOD process).

• Having similar role in hospitality industry. High attention to detail, the ability to multitask and work with a team that has each other’s back!

• Who can take full responsibility for verifying that all revenue and expenses were claimed on a daily basis 
• Preparing reports for the next day's work, including reconciling accounts at a high level of detail
