Base Salary: $600,000–$620,000

A top-tier children's hospital in Philadelphia is expanding its pediatric cardiac care program and is seeking an experienced Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team. This is a high-impact clinical role with growth opportunity in a collaborative, Magnet®-recognized facility that features one of only three Level I Pediatric Trauma Centers in the state.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver anesthesia care during complex pediatric cardiac surgeries and general pediatric cases
• Collaborate with a growing multidisciplinary cardiac team (surgery, interventional, electrophysiology)
• Share on-call responsibilities from home—no overnight in-house calls
• Help shape a growing cardiac anesthesia department with opportunity for future leadership

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Completion of a Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship
• Additional dedicated training in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia (1-year preferred)
• 3–4 years of experience in a pediatric cardiac program highly desirable
