Your Role – Lead, Inspire, and Save Lives!
As a Senior Emergency Department Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in urgent patient care, supporting the emergency team in providing rapid, high-quality treatment.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Leading emergency response efforts and triaging patients effectively
- Providing expert clinical assessment and urgent treatment
- Supervising and mentoring junior nurses, fostering skill development
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless emergency care
- Maintaining a calm and professional approach in high-pressure situations
What You Need:
- Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN
- Experience in an emergency care or trauma setting
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and development
