Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team. This role will focus primarily on packaging design, but familiarity with web design would be an added bonus. You will work closely with the Creative Director to bring product packaging to life, ensuring that designs are on-brand, innovative, and functional for customers.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for packaging, from concept development to final execution.

• Create visually striking packaging designs that effectively communicate the brand message.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain design consistency across products.

• Use design elements such as color, typography, and graphics to develop appealing and practical packaging.

• If applicable, support basic web design projects or create digital assets to complement packaging designs.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in packaging design (experience in beauty is a plus).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Experience with web design tools (such as Figma or web graphics) is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and explore innovative packaging solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience or interest in web design and digital content creation.

• A good sense of color theory and design trends for both packaging and digital platforms.

The anticipated compensation range is

22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
