As a growing practice we are expanding out service, so we are looking for a new Vet to join us on full, part or flexi hour basis!
About us:
The practice is located in the rapidly expanding yet traditional seaside town of Thornton-Cleveleys, just a few miles from Blackpool and offers great access to much of the northwest of England.
The team and practice play an active role in the community and customer feedback is excellent. We pride ourselves in being more than ‘just a vets’. There are monthly client events both social and educational.
Consults are 20 minutes as standard, ensuring they provide a comprehensive overview and allows for more rapid case workups and/or more involved case discussion with clients.
Full time work is spread over 4 days with a set day off each week. Weekends consist of a share of a 1:8 Rota with a long weekend the following week. There is no ooh but occasional stable inpatients may be kept overnight.
The bright, air-conditioned surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including dedicated operating theatre, digital X-ray/in-house laboratory/ultrasound and dentistry facilities.
Personal development is actively encouraged and the practice is willing to invest in you and equipment to develop any specialist areas of interest. Full support is available for those who have recently graduated or need help with confidence in developing their skills.
