We are currently recruiting for full time staff to work on a home based programme in Hertford North, Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate should have experience in supporting individuals who may display behaviours of concern under an accredited and best-practice framework. You will work as part of a team supporting a young adult with diagnoses of autism and learning disability in Hertford North with a focus on life skills and independence. We accept experienced graduates, professionals from other disciplines interested in ABA or PBS, and candidates who have previously worked in ABA or PBS settings. BEAM ABA Services support individuals with autism, learning disabilities and complex behavioural needs who display behaviour that challenges. You should be available to work 2-3 waking nights per week (7PM-8AM) and daytime sessions from 8AM-7PM. You must be able to to attend initial induction training and ongoing training during day time hours at our London office and overlap daytime sessions in Hertford.
We are a 7 day a week service - successful candidates should be available to work across both weekdays and weekends.
