We are seeking an Experienced Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of helping clients succeed in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
As an Experienced Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact consulting services to our clients. You will work closely with our experienced consultants, leveraging expertise to solve complex business challenges and drive strategic initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, interact with clients, and further develop your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities for these roles will include Client Engagement, Data Analytics, Strategy Development and Planning, Project Management, Presentation and Reporting and Business Development.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Engineering, etc.);
An internationally recognised professional accounting designation, such as ACA, or CPA, ACA or CFA, or equivalent would be preferred but not essential (Candidates without the listed qualifications who have proven successful experience in a relevant role will also be considered);
Two years of relevant experience at a professional services firm;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Demonstrated project management and client relationship management skills;
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft 365, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
